This video player has the ability to comment local video files. Saves the timestamps in the video. You can load multiple video files and select which one to play and edit. The comments are displayed as a list and clicking on a comment will take the video to the corresponding timestamp. You can download the comment list as an EDL (Edit Decision List) file, which you can import to DaVinci Resolve timelines.
